Data Monkey is a licensed Brokerage firm in the state of Colorado. Data Monkey offers a flat fee MLS service, a pay by month MLS service to the general public. We accept listings for residential homes, condominiums, townhomes. We allow you to post your rental property for a small fee. Data Monkey, ltd is not a property management company and will not accept any properties to manage. All rentals posted on our site are considered "for rent by owner".

Data Monkey, Ltd. is committed to providing professional service for all sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants whom we elect to serve without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, marital status or disability (handicap). Our primary function is to assist the public with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property at a low cost.
Data Monkey, ltd. consist of a licensed real estate broker, sometimes referred to as the "designated" or "employing" broker, and may include licensed salespersons, including salespersons, including salespersons who hacve broker's licenses and who have elected to operate in a slaesperson's capacity and hang their licenses under the broker. In the event that we have multiple offices or locations, now or in the future, all locations are considered as a single entity. Each office is not a separate company or brokerage company. It is a separate branch of a single entity.
Data Monkey or "Brokerage Firm" is defined to include all licensees and the broker. By law, we are all "fingers on the hand of the broker," a single entity and all listings belong to and are in the name of the broker, Data Monkey, ltd.
